Q: CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?

A: Yes, you can return your purchase. Be sure to try your shoes indoors on a carpeted surface before wearing them outside. This will allow you to test the fit without risk of damage. Any product you wish to return must be sent in its original packaging and in the exact condition in which it was received. We cannot accept returns for used merchandise. Please note that the original shipping charge of your order is non-refundable.

You may file a return request by contacting us by phone at 866-935-3328 or by email at customerservice@blondo.com in order to obtain a return shipping label to send your items back to us. This label is prepaid for Canada Post. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment.

Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and the merchandise must be received at the warehouse within 45 days of when the authorization was issued. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you. The easiest way to return your order is to call us at 866-935-3328 or email us at customerservice@blondo.com.

Please have your order number handy when contacting us for a return. You may retrieve your order number by logging in to your account – click “my account”. Then go to “order history” and find your order number in the list on that page. If you do not have an account, you will be able to find that order number within the email confirmation you received after placing that order.

All refused shipments will be charged double the shipping fees to cover transportation costs both ways. This amount will not be refunded to your credit card.

PLEASE NOTE: CLEARANCE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. All purchases are final on clearance items.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want for an exchange, there is no guarantee that the item you are looking for will be available at this specific time. Therefore we suggest you submit a new order for the item you want and then call customer service at 866-935-3328 or email us at customerservice@blondo.com to get a return authorization and a prepaid Canada Post mailing label to send back the item as a return.

When contacting customer service, please have your new order number handy so they can file the return as an exchange and a full refund will be issued once the merchandise is received back at our warehouse. Exchanges do qualify for a full refund.

Q: What if I didn’t get any confirmation email from Blondo?

A: When your order has been processed, Blondo sends a confirmation message to the email address you provided at checkout. It may take up to 24 hours to receive a confirmation email from Blondo.

Q: WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES?

A: Shipping is free for the Ground (standard) service option.

Please note that there are additional costs for Next Day and Two Days service options. These shipping costs are calculated automatically upon checkout, before you finalize your purchase. Click here to find out more about shipping.

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

A: For standard shipping, please allow 3 to 7 business days to receive your order. With Next Day and Two Days service options, orders must be submitted by 12:00 PM EST to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship the following business day. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, only. Orders placed Friday to Monday will be delivered Tuesday. Shipping costs are calculated automatically upon checkout, before you finalize your purchase.

Q: HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

A: If you would like to change or cancel your order from Blondo, please contact our Customer Service department with your request as soon as possible by email at customerservice@blondo.com or by calling us toll-free at 866-935-3328. We try to fulfill each order as quickly as possible, so it is essential that you contact us promptly if you wish to request a change or cancellation. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Q: Will Blondo charge sales tax on my purchase?

A: In Canada, current sales taxes per province will apply. Sales tax will be charged based on your shipping address. Please note that shipping charges are also subject to sales tax.
