*Free Shipping promotion is valid within Canada except for the three territories: Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.
*Xpresspost 1-2 day shipping is not available for the three territories: Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon.
*Xpresspost orders must be submitted by 12:00 PM EST to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship the following business day. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, only. Orders placed Friday to Monday will be delivered Tuesday.
*Item must be in stock. Pre-order items will ship on or about their expected ship date.
NORTHWEST TERRITORIES, NUNAVUT, AND YUKON
The cost for shipping is $30.00 per order. Items going to Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon are shipped via Xpresspost and will arrive within 7 business days.
*Returns from the three territories (Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon) must be paid by the customer.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. This email will include the Canada Post tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email, with a tracking number, for every shipment. You may also check the status of your order, at any time, by clicking on the Order Status link in the footer of every page on this site or by signing into your account and going to Order History.
SHIPPING IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. In order to efficiently deliver your order, items shipping from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how many items on your order have shipped.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
There are three easy ways to track your order:
- Click on the Order Status link in the footer of each page. You will need your email address and order number.
- Sign into your account and go to the Order History section. From there you will be able to choose which order you'd like to view and you will have an option to track the order.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include the Canada Post tracking number.
DELIVERING YOUR PACKAGE
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
